I would without doubt recommend Curwen Walker and in particular Tom Sullivan to anybody that is wanting a first class experience in dealing with any sort of legal matter.

Don't waste your money or time. This company has a high turnover of staff, therefore I felt I wasnt important and I was left to find a lot of information myself regarding my late fathers will. I organised 6 meetings with Tom Sullivan, but he only attended 2 of them. I was left with a young girl, who wasn't a lawyer, who wrote down the questions I needed answers to, but after constant phone calls and never ending emails, I gave up. I bit the bullet, tried to get a discount on the bill (as I felt I did the work) and of course, there was no discount! I've wasted an extreme amount of money and time, but I'm excited I found a lawyer that listens to what it's client needs.

I would not trust my legal affairs to any other firm. I have found the Curwen-Walker Daylesford team to be professional, courteous, prompt, thoughtful, precise and friendly. Even when they have been extremely busy, they have made time to help explain the nuance of laws, demystify legal speak and guide me through complex and important processes. I have always felt they have my back. On reflection, I'm not sure that Five Stars are quite enough.
