I went to Ballarat Lawyers to update my Will and POA, and Medical Decision Maker documents.
I saw Kyle Eccles, and he treated me with respect and friendliness, answered all of my questions and gave me some very good advice.
The quote I was given stayed the same even though I changed quite a few things before the Will was finalised.
I was extremely impressed with the friendly receptionist and with Kyle, and I would definitely recomment Ballarat Lawyers for any kind of legal issue that needs attention.

Took over 12 months to do a financial settlement when we had already agreed. Had to chase them multiple times for action and even when I made a complaint they didn't care. Had very little contact with them and was always initiated by me and ofcourse charged.
Attention to detail was terrible, when it did get to court they rejected it due to all the mistakes. I will acknowledge they didn't charge to fix their mistakes on that occasion .Definitely would not recommend
We were certainly not a priority for them.

Wendy from this firm is AMAZING. I cannot tell you how helpfull she has been to me. She is very passionate about her job, and genuinly helping her clients. She has compassion, empathy and a plan. She discusses her plan to assist you, and why she is doing it the way she is. She does not push, but explains why so that you understand everything she wants to do for you. I cannot thank Wendy enough, as she has eased my stress levels hugely. This company also has a fantastic payment plan for those who cannot get legal aid, but are still in desperate need of help.
