What an absolute joke of a firm. Three phone calls going over the exact same things. Fourth call booked in for a particular time. I answer the phone. No answer from other end. They hang up. No further contact.
All I wanted was a simple answer to an admin question. It really didn't matter whether I was aboriginal or not, what town I lived in or whether I had approached any other legal firms.
If this is your "way" during the preliminaries how could I ever feel confident with you representing me.
