I found Melanie to be rude, judgemental without hearing what I had to say, I felt stereotyped, ignored, was made to pay even though I'm able to receive legal aid.
Was told she will only tell tell the truth but had no interest in it. Gave me advise on procedure I should follow which was inaccurate. Star ratings should start at 0 as found her business not really worth 1 star. Hope you find love and light in your life Melanie, what you've done was not nice with something so extremely important and close to my heart.

Melanie came across rude and arrogant in her email responses. Asking simple questions came with a shirt and unanswered questions. Paid for service , received nothing, was then able to have Hegel side grant but brownie refused to assist any further.
I would not recommend Melanie unites your rich as that’s basically her first words to me.

What a waste of time is this person that calls herself a lawyer. Requested a call appointment with the intentions to engage with someone that can help me in family matters.

Waited for more than 3 months since the call request made on the 27th June and cancelled my appointment on the 8th august pressuming being sick after messages sent and no reply.

Spent 4hrs sending all my documents as per her request and to later tell me she hasnt received them when clearly says sent on my email to her email as if she has a different to receive documents that she doesnt provide to her clients.

Had to reschedule it to the 5th September because she's too busy. I called her at 10:06 to know that her phone rings but no answer.

Then I called from the work phone and the same rang and no answer.

Then st 10:10am she sent an email saying my phone is off and wanting to reschedule it again. I had to take a time off from work so did my partner 2 months in a row so i can have some privacy to speak about personal issues but clearly there's some people out there like this Melanie that thinks she can waste your time . I have never come across a lawyer so unprofessional and careless and this was a referral from another lawyer so I thought she was worth the wait.

I wasted more than 3 months waiting for this lawyer Melanie that clearly doesn't care about you or your matter that need help.

If you read my review please do yourself a favour and don't waste your time and money with this person or her firm. I'm sure there's other lawyer that would really like to help you and not just take your money and run. I wish there's some minus score because this lawyer doesn't even deserve a one for wasting someone's time this long.

I'm happy to provide evidence of her lack of response and unprofessionalism for anyone before you think contacting and wasting your time with Melanie.
