I was hesitant at first, since I'd had a bad experience with a seller's recommendation in the past, and I was unfamiliar with how real estate transactions were conducted in Victoria, but when I couldn't get another recommendation from people I trusted, I gave them a try. I was so glad I did. Robyn, my conveyancer, guided me through every step, making every choice crystal clear. She also made me feel as though she were a friend, as well as an advocate, while at the same time exemplifying complete professionalism. Later, when the deal looked like it might not happen because of complications in another sale on which it depended, Doug, the principal, offered sound advice on how to proceed in that deal as well, and at no extra charge.
