Niloopa has been the go to conveyancer by my friends so we ended up requesting her services. I appreciated
1. That she reviews the prospective properties we were looking at and made sure to advise particular aspects she saw that needed further clarification with the agent - ie in one instance our property had a very old clause that came with the original seller and she cautioned us to check with the council before erecting any improvements.
2. She was very patient with the back and forth correspondences and made sure to follow up with the sellers' side during settlement. We had to go overseas ( with limited internet access) right after signing so she had to do extra work in chasing us and the seller's agents.

We'll definitely employ her services again in future.
