In 2021, we engaged a lawyer from this firm to draft our company constitution, explicitly informing her of our lack of familiarity with legal matters. Despite this, we provided clear instructions on our requirements, which she assured us had been addressed. Trusting her expertise, we proceeded. However, three years later, when seeking additional funding and engaging another lawyer, we discovered that many of our critical instructions had not been followed, leaving us in an extremely challenging situation.

When we reached out to the lawyer from Segal Lawyers to resolve the matter, she declined to assist, citing the three-year gap since the constitution was drafted. Even after presenting email evidence of our communications and instructions from 2021, she refused to help, accusing us of seeking "free legal services" and going so far as to threaten legal action against us.

As a startup with limited resources, this ordeal caused significant financial loss and tremendous stress due to the issues created by Segal Lawyers and their unprofessional treatment. We deeply regret not conducting more thorough due diligence before engaging their services.
