Extremely unprofessional. Janet did not ask for her client’s consent to send document, absolute no help AT ALL and caused a whole lot of serious series of issues between the two parties. Reply to email after TWO WHOLE weeks…… Did not pick up her phone when tried to communicate. Zero star. DO NOT use them!!
I cannot reply to Janet’s reply, so Let me add based on her replies: Janet, First of all, you guys admitted that you can only do off -the-shelf type of matters. 17 calls in 3 minutes is exaggerated but the calls are all because Janet didn’t answer work calls AT ALL, there was not other choice. And, absolutely ZERO interest in harassing an individual, even when they are disrespectful self centred people who refuse to listen to other individual. You guys said you want to help customers, but I can tell you with certainty that because of your unprofessionalism (the revised contract is not at all according to the wishes of customers), instead of helping customers, you messed up. Congratulations, you will probably earn more attorney fees from your clients, if clients don't choose to switch attorneys.
