My introduction to Cameron & Leo at Close Consulting came through a referral from a fellow work colleague who had sung their praises when he was dealing with a very serious workplace bullying matter at a previous workplace. I had been treated rather unfairly and subjected to some despicable and underhanded allegations and treatment by my then employer at a time when I had just returned to work from the passing of my dear mother. Cameron helped navigate me through this extremely stressful and tumultuous period in my life. Despite being ignored and treated extremely poorly by my then employer, I was contacted daily by Cameron and treated with such genuine care and respect. Cameron made me feel as though I was his only client, and assisted me through every step of legal, work cover, and mental health aspects, whilst helping me deal with a very rigid HR manager. I felt believed, when no one else did. Cameron & Leo were the only ones prepared to defend my good character. In the end, for my own wellbeing and self-respect, I decided to remove myself from that toxic work environment and sought an employee who truly valued my character and work ethic. In what I can only describe as being one of the darkest moments of my working carrier, Cameron and Leo where my Guardian Angels – I would not hesitate to use their services again, or recommend them to someone seeking a professional, and compassionate ear.
