Waste of time, unable to provide any assistance, can’t speak to anyone with a legal background and appointments are fully booked. Intake person didn’t even have the courtesy to listen to me, and just kept repeating themselves like a robot. Might as well be an automated phone line and not a human being at the other end, no compassion or empathy, didn’t even recommend/refer to a support service.

They wasted a massive amount of my time waiting for assistance only to then tell me that they can't assist me with VCAT matters after I sent them a massive amount of legal documents as they requested. Appalling waste of a full time carers time and energy. Really disgusted

Horrible service. They do not care about their clients. They do not answer their phone and they never give you correct information or advice. If you can avoid this service, avoid at all costs!!!!
