i had a hearing for a FVIO. My lawyer from WestJustice lied to me by telling me my ex was not at court. I later received the paper work from the magistrate court two weeks later and I couldn’t believe it when I saw that he was at court!
Now, for months, I’ve been requesting documents from my file regarding my case as I still haven’t received anything.
Who were they really looking after? It definitely wasn’t me.
I also requested to put on the conditions that my ex return the trailer he stole from me, which I needed for the gardening business I wanted to start. No mention of that on the order. Only how my ex was to retrieve his blankets and biscuits. What the hell is going on there?!

Needed advice on terrible landlord, waited a month for appointment, they called to reschedule. A month later they call to reschedule again. Unprofessional as it gets. A 10 min phone call requires 2 months to organise. Pathetic
