Never answer phone calls. Extremely slow to deal with. During contract signing, they made an appointment for us to come on a Friday at 3pm and then they themselves forgot there was an appointment.

After multiple messages and calls, they ended up calling us back an hour later apologising and had us drive back.

They left everything to the last second.

Would definitely not use again.
