I don't usually leave reviews. And I've taken time to think on this before leaving one. But, I don't recommend this firm for family law. I feel the advice and guidance we received was not geared towards our benefit and we've been left in an ongoing situation we could have been a little better off in given someone more proactive. Bear in mind, this is just my experience and my opinion.

I am so grateful for the assistance I have had from Mr Russell Robertson and Miss Emily Chamberlain. My husband and I set up our wills some years ago with Russell. He introduced us to the option of setting up testamentary trusts. In our family circumstances this was the right thing for us - it especially benefits our grandchildren. Russell is able to explain complex things so well and seems genuinely concerned for your welfare.
My husband died 18 months ago. The support and professionalism I received through this difficult time from both Russell and Emily (who worked so hard sorting out bank and share issues and kept me fully informed) has been excellent.
During this time my mother also died. Her will was contested by a family member. It was a nasty, sad, prologed affair. It was a huge stress in an already difficult time. I was able to obtain independent advice from Russell that really helped me understand the legal complexities and implications for me personally. I needed Russell's knowledge and years of experience in this area. Even more important to me however was his ability to focus, beyond the legal and financial issues, on the bigger picture and common sense. I knew I could trust him.
I am very grateful for this and could not recommend this firm more highly.
