Tim has been amazing when I bought my first home. He is very organised,thorough and has a great communication skills. He explained me things so patiently, responded my emails and requests promptly and even provided me with advice during negotiating with vendor. He read and explained a few contracts for me without charging. His service is very very reasonable compared to others who cost a lot and some are even not lawyers. I can't say anything but good words about him and have had a wonderful experience throughout. He made the settlement process as smooth as possible. Timothy has been extraordinary from the day I contacted him. He is extremely professional, dedicated and knowledgeable. I can't recommend Tim Coleman conveyancer from Vidi Legal more then enough for the smooth process of buying my first home and second.
It's amazing how much less you stress when you have Someone on your side that is so good at what they do.
If you are after an extremely competent, professional, well spoken, kind, patient and educated person to do your conveyancing I really can't recommend him enough.
