Excellent service and great people.
Even though at the end of the year, the centre doesn’t have any appointment available, I came because I needed an “Appointment of Medical Treatment Decision Maker” urgently for my surgery which was in two days time, Tony and his assistants willingly and happily helping me to get that document in an hour. They acted quickly and professionally. I really appreciate it. Many thanks for your help and keep up your good work. The more legal service centres like yours the better for Australian people who seek desperately legal help.

Have started a process with this organisation a few month ago, have been delivered with poor/inexistant follow up, no idea what they are doing, now just called within business hours and they don't pickup the phone. Not very serious.
