非常感谢这么专业的律师，因为我们是第一次在澳洲买房，这个买房的这个过程呢，是其实是一开始是完全没有头绪的，然后呢，朋友介绍找到了张律师嗯，知道得知她在这个行业也做了很多年，同时也有很多朋友推荐她之前在她这儿买过房，所以后来我们就就找了她，然后跟她聊了一下，发现其实买房的过程有很多的陷阱啊，然后需要注意的地方她都帮我们一指出来，同时提醒了我们避免那个就是掉进坑里的情况，所以我们在她的这个指引之下呢，进行了一些买房的流程上的一些调整，事实证明这些调整是非常有效的，因为如果没有她的这个指引啊，我们对这个买房流程真的是一窍不通，完全都不知道。

之后呢，因为一些贷款的问题也是没少麻烦她，然而张律师在成交流程上也给我们指引了一些比较便捷的一些道路，后来就是我们正常的顺利成交整个流程，在张律师的那个处理下也是非常的高效，同时在合理的那个处理范围之内的啊，因为她本身律师比较忙，但是她也能基本上挺及时地接听我的一些询问，一般我是在微信上留言或者是发email给她，她都能基本上蛮及时的给我回复，其实我是非常感谢她的啊。

这个其实人这么一辈子啊，很希望能够在一个比较靠谱的一个律师的那个合理的那个建议里面，然后能够顺顺利利地买房买到房，然后住进去，这确实是挺幸运的一件事情，我非常感谢那个张律师的帮助，她非常值得这个五星的好评，非常感谢！

一年前找他们做买房过户律师，气到差点吐血。男的有时候还接一下电话。我们到要去付10%订金的当天，怎么都联系不到女的了。提前3天就把strata report给她发过去了。石沉大海。到签合同当天，早上电话打到下午，一个都不接，也不解释strata report，办公室关着，电话不接。到2点要去付定金签合同了，提前15分钟终于来了个电话，说房子不要买，strata report问题非常大。说我们脑子不好使才买这种房子。我当时气到不行不行的。后来买下了房子，住到现在一点问题都没有，low strata。质量也好。千万别找他们做过户律师。能被气死。那女的态度恶劣到没谁了。
