Rude and incompetent staff. Made errors and multiple typos in bank account numbers for settlement. Refused to explain process or provide guidance for sale and treats clients poorly. Worse service than a conveyancer I’ve used in past sales - you’d expect better for a ‘solicitor’. Dealing with Baldock Stacy & Niven was an absolute nightmare experience. I’m at odds with the positive reviews on here. I raised my concerns and both Ping and Stuart were further dismissive. Waste of money and time you’re better off with another firm or a conveyancer. And in typical fashion they are going to claim I was never a client on record.
