Very unprofessional service.
Rang on a Wednesday morning with a rather serious and urgent legal matter. Was told by the receptionist that the respective lawyer would call me back as they weren't available at the time.
I stressed I could only take calls after 1pm.
TWO DAYS LATER I have a missed call from the lawyer at 8.39am!
I wasn't able to take the call and therefore called back at 1pm. No answer. I then send a text message, no answer. Called again 2 hours later, no answer.
An absolute waste of my time. It's now 6pm on a Friday and I'm unable to get assistance from any other firm until Monday which will be too late as the legal matter needs to be address by COB Sunday.
Disgraceful.

Don't use this firm. They will charge you 2000$ for a phone call!
And they will not keep a promise either.

I have never experienced such an excellent quality of service from any legal firm before. Tbe promptness of service and ease of communication was beyond my expectations. I can't recommend PCL highly enough. In particular, the effort of Brad Mayberry nowas fabulous. The fee was also very affordable. Well done Brad and PCL.
