I have used Farris Legal multiple times over the last approx 10 years and highly recommend. She is such a compassionate and understand lady.
Faraayl made the process so easy and a pleasure to deal with. She has also assisted my son along with others I have referred.
If only everything was dealt with as professionally and compassionately as Faraayl.

DO NOT waste your time with this place. I have never had to deal with this level of unprofessionalism and incompetence… I am a victim of a crime and I had been assigned Faryaal for well over a year. In this time all I got was blunt, short unprofessionally phased emails. No showcase of the work completed as she couldn’t provide me with my own evidence. She was not at her office and would frequently dodge my calls. She then made a massive mistake by not overviewing my documents even though I had asked her on numerous occasions to double check and she had nearly a month to do so.
Ultimately, if your matter is serious your better just representing yourself through the use of AI than actually getting involved with such people. All I got was complaints about her pay through Vcat although I had not seen what she had been doing for over a year as my solicitor. Smoke and mirrors.

I have dealt with Faryaal and her Assisants on and off for 14 years and can not speak any Higher of them.
Faryaal was so kind ,Empathic ,Helpfull ,Sympathetic and Professional throughout and really fought for me and helped me through my VOCAT matter in a very tough time of my life and also a very High Profile Case and also another matter ..
Couldn't be more Happy and Thankful to Faryaal and her Team .

HIGHLY AVOID USING THIS FIRM IF YOU NEED THINGS DONE

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL

Can never get through when calling office as calls are always forwarding.

Unorganised as they forget to actually lodge paperwork.
I am a victim of crime . Do not send your loved ones anywhere near this firm they do nothing and don't respond how dare you I have been through he'll.
