I highly rate Simon and Waters Lawyers. He was very knowledgeable and me feel at ease and validated. You need compassionate support at a vulnerable time and that is what I got as well as expert advice. I have recommended Simon to family and friends.

My husband, Rick, had the very sad duty of wrapping up his mother's estate after she passed away. Simon helped him through the process in a very professional and friendly manner. Waters Lawyers also handled the conveyancing for a property that needed to be sold in the process. Communication was terrific and charges were reasonable and documented fully which was very helpful as Rick needed to keep his 2 brothers and Sister briefed along the way. We would highly recommend this firm for any legal matters you may have and will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Just called for a simple divorce, no settlement, just prep and lodge paperwork. The dopey girl on the phone did not make the process easy...went elsewhere.

My family used Waters for probate of my parents estate and conveyancing and we found them to be unprofessional and incompetent as they took an extended period of time to deal with our request that was time sensitive and then refused to finish finalising the service when we raised a complaint and refused to service us any longer. We were billed for the time they took and then we still had to have our request successfully filled by another company in 3 days that was not even achievable in 10 days by Waters. So disappointing.
