TWO WORDS, just “stay away” from this dysfunctional firm. I had the most terrible experience of my life dealing with them. The lawyer I had gave me very bad advice and got me stuck in a very serious problem. He then disappeared without answering my calls or emails. Charged me excessive amounts of money and was unable to be contacted. I had left messages after messages, emails after emails, attended their office multiple times to find him, left my messages for the hopeless principle of this place, NOTHING worked. No one took any responsibility or action. I ended up terminating their services and asked for a refund, they only refunded 10% of the fee WITHOUT any productive work on my file. Wasted my 2 months, gave me stress, charged me money and gave me horrible advice and representation in the court for a prior matter. I was new to all of this, got totally ripped off by this fraud business where no one takes ownership or responsibility. Their positive reviews here are very old and possibly fake. I was then told the Lawyer they had given me was no longer working for them (amidst my most crucial times of life). Pls stay away from them, I have reported them to the ombudsman. How can they do this to people stuck in these extremely serious matters, coming to get help and get ripped off by these sharks. Stay away from them people

I did my research, also spoke to some lawyers, before I finally engaged Kai Martin to represent me in my Family Law matters (property, and access to my child). I have been so relieved ever since. I think it has been one of the best decisions. Everyone that I dealt with at this firm, including Andrew and the staff are very knowledgeable and professional.

Kai Martin, right from day one, has been great. One can easily tell he is very hardworking and takes special interest in a case. I found him very intelligent and understanding, and his response time is exceptional. Ryan Arulrajah charged $2000 for a letter sent to other party. He was also charged $400 for a few conversations regarding money transfer to his trust account but the job hasn’t done. His works always delay. Do not recommend him.
