Went to see Alex Wolf. I was initially happy with the consultation and received some adequate guidance. Since then it has been appalling. Seems like it was an easy an quick way just to make $300 as i was told i would be emailed more information which i never received. After finally getting in contact with Alex again after multiple messages and emails, his initial helpful story changed and told me my case wasn't worth it. He then said he would send information through again which i'm yet to receive. Wouldn't recommend as is just out to make a buck unless your case involves a lot of $$$$$

On the first meeting with my lawyer, Sylvie Maranis, she made me feel confident that I had selected the right lawyers. She spent the time to understand my situation and was also very clear in providing next steps and possible outcomes. On the day in court Sylvie was outstanding in her presentation and as a result I was able to achieve a very good outcome. I want to commend Ms Slyvie Maranis for her professionalism, and knowledge when I consulted her today.
She was honest, upfront and is very perceptive not to mention also being a very beautiful young lady!

She was also very pleasant to talk to, understands all my issues and advised me based on the client's best interest.
Her charges were very moderate and unlike other lawyers who seeks to rip off their client.

I only wished I had met her for my previous cases and will definitely use her in future for our legal requirements.
I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a lawyer.

Today, I was disappointed to be quoted $650 for them o write a letter on my behalf. This is grossly over-inflated as other lawyers charge about $200. So regrettably I have to retract my support in saying their charges are reasonable.
Guess I won't be using them anymore.

My partner is currently dealing with Karen from Dandenong Office GTC Lawyers. After his first initial 1 hour consultation he was extremely happy with the outcome. Karen was very thorough and explained everything simply for him to understand. My partner had a few queries on her day off and she called him back answering any questions he had. Price is quite affordable for a law firm. Very happy with the service thus far! Will review again once matter has been settled.

Worst lawyers ever! Get in contact with Amran, everthing seems good when I first talked to her. Then after I paid the full amount, things changed.You wont be able to get in contact with your lawyer unless you pay and you keep calling and emailing he/she for many times! I have also been assingned to another solicitor Paul Roberts after a few months when Amran actually did nothing to my case.

They also keep sending you changed fee aggreement by adding more service and cost,and cost is ridiculous! The final figure is far more expensive than what they adviced when you first have agreement with them. All they care about it their money! Never belive on what they promised!

They are sooooo slow even you pay them immediatly. Really bad service!!

Don’t bother using these guys.
I was working with Deike and she obvious knows almost nothing, couldn't provide any feedback at the first meeting which had charge roughly 300 for one hour and provided only less than 30 mins with nothing helpful. They also always put everything to the last second.
They won’t let you know everything in detail and rip you off to nothing and just get away with it.
So they don't let me know the progress after a while and I had to continuous chasing them. Mostly I got a non-helpful at all replies which also being charged.
The most unprofessional service I have ever seen and they charge super unreasonable

We sought advice in April 2018. $295 for a one hour consultation.

Gotocourt said their fee includes time for the lawyer to read your material. Deike did not appear to have read the material in much detail, if at all.

We outlined our circumstances, what we were seeking, and asked for advice on how to prepare and submit documentation for a final hearing.

When we asked what our chances of succeeding were, we were told we had a fair/good chance of achieving what we were seeking.

At court, the first thing the judge asked was ‘what is the case law to support what you are asking for?’.

The judge said if we continue costs may be awarded against us and sent us off to see the duty lawyer.

We outlined the situation to the duty lawyer and within 15 minute they said we are not going to get what we are asking for and costs could well be awarded against us.

It seems there was an obvious issue with what we were seeking which I feel Deike should have recognised at the time of our meeting.

Using gotocourt was expensive. $295 for their ‘advice’ + $1,210 paid to the court for the two days for the final hearing (days which were not used).

I do not recommend using gotocourt.
