Thank you so much to the reception and pathology staff for taking good care of me during my blood tests. When I wasn’t feeling 100% I was able to lie down and be taken care of from the bed, checked on regularly. Couldn’t rate their service enough! So grateful to be cared for in such a positive environment. Never felt judged once for being unwell. Thanks again for making my experience better. 🙂

I found this Dr. to extremely knowledgeable in everything he could be in as a GP and if not refer me to the proper service required. He also has been able to PROPERLY sort out my health issues which no other GP was able to do. He is a VERY EXTREMELY THOROUGH and TRUSTWORTHY and he tells it as it is with all of the people he sees. He is now my full time Dr as I'm fully reassured I'm in good hands with him. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Never have I had such a bad experience trying to explain an already horrific situation in my life, only to be cut off mid sentence, met with condescending and patronising behaviour by the Dr. An every answer he has seems to be "go to the hospital" yeah cause they're not already understaffed and under resourced, when all i need was an ultrasound, seems like a really good waste of hospital time and money, when im literally paying you for a phone consult, Literally seconds after being put into tears, I have complained to the HCCC, member of parliament and HNE. Poor communication, talks down to women.

Cannot believe how I was treated here today, went into a first appointment with a male doctor who was cold from the moment I walked into the room, was blunt and uninterested in what I was saying when he asked me a question about my last doctor I grab my phone to find out her name as I wasn't completely sure and he yelled at me to not be rude and put my phone down it scared me and I asked if my mum could come into the room when I got up to get her he asked her to take me somewhere else.. I am very confused, scared and seeking someone who can help this has really made me feel hopeless and helpless
