I was seriously injured at work. It was very difficult and time-consuming to get a diagnosis for my neck injury. And I was in extreme pain. It was a very stressful, and financially difficult time for me. Ron Lakshman, at Shine Lawyers, believed me and my story. He worked very hard to help me get funding for the spinal fusion surgery that I required, and to achieve financial compensation for me. It took several years but we won and I am recovering well, working in a different industry and moving on again with my life. I highly recommend Ron Lakshman and Janelle Flordeliz and the team at Shine Lawyers in Dandenong. They changed my life. (The X-ray shows the titanium parts in my neck from the surgery).

I was involved in a serious Motor Vehicle Accident in November 2020 where I sustained some serious injuries, as a result I contacted Shine Lawyers for guidance. I was fortunate enough to be assigned Ashleigh Kemp and Aimee Tonta as my lawyer and support lead to my case and I could not have been happier! The level of communication and empathy I received from all the staff at Shine as they guided me through the process was outstanding, they offered me helped me to understand the process provided me with regular updates on my claim throughout as well as helping answer questions I had.
