Kirsty at Willed Funerals was my initial point of contact. Kirsty was so calming, compassionate and patient, and speaking to her was the deciding factor to choose Willed. Throughout the whole process, I dealt with Kirsty and Sarah, and they worked together so perfectly as a team. There was no confusion between them and everything was seamless. We chose to have a memorial rather than a funeral. It was a very stressful time, as I was not only dealing with the passing of my dad, but also had a mountain of personal issues happening at the same time. Kirsty and Sarah worked outside of their usual work hours to make sure everything was prepared in time for the memorial. They were so emotionally supportive as well, and their level of customer service is very rare. Every time I called Willed, everyone who answered the phone was deeply compassionate and lovely to speak to. The celebrant they booked for us, Jules Leggett, was so perfect. Kirsty was so personable and genuine, and took such great care of us during such a difficult time. I highly recommend Willed Funerals.

30/4/2025 I entered into a Pre Paid Cremation (no frills) agreement. My initial contact by email was with Alex, over the w/e, he was most courteous and professional. This added to my confidence to pursue further with this company. Alex having advised me to call & make contact with the Pre Paid team, which I did the next business day.
