Took a car in for a roadworthey inspection. Was told shocks were leaking badly. The only problem with that is that they are all brand new and just replaced very recently when the breaks were done. They were rude & and abrupt, spoke disrespectfully to an 85yo war veteran who just wanted to know what the issues were, but the inexperienced entitled person refused to lissen to what he had asked.
Defenantly would NOT recommend this business to anyone who expects respect & curtsey because you just won't get it at all.

I needed some information regarding why my car wouldn't start. Rang Craig, who was most helpful. He gave a clear, concise explanation to me and was very patient with me when answering my questions. Craig and his staff have rescued me also when I have needed his help through the RACV. I have always found him pleasant, professional, couteous, and friendly. I can't fault the service or the team and will gladly give Craig and the team a huge thank you and keep up the good work

Outstanding service! We broke down 100kms from Charlton. RACV sent the boys from Walsh Motors who towed our car and caravan back to town, got us setup in a caravan park and had our car ready the next day once the part came in. So very grateful, thanks again!

Broke down last night on the final stretch of a very long drive home from outback NSW. Called the RACV. Thankfully we were close to Charlton. Craig arrived within half an hour and had us, our car and our trailer towed safely to the workshop. On the drive there he also organised a hire car for us so we could get home that night. Our car will be repaired there and we should be able to pick it up in a few days (fuel pump gave up the ghost). Excellent, friendly and helpful service. Thank you!

Walsh Motors came to my rescue when I broke down four hours from home on a Saturday afternoon. The lovely mechanic arrived within 20 mins, towed my car to the Charlton workshop, repaired it in 40 mins and I was back on the road within an hour. Awesome service. Had problems with my 2002 Nissan Patrol which has a multitude of uses on and off the farm. The Old Girl would not start. RACV called and attended from Charlton. End result was that vehicle was taken by tow truck to Walsh Motors in Charlton. The problem was rectified ( Fuel pump was cactus). In a Day the work was carried out and a Fan Belt replaced which was annoying the heck out of me. I also asked for a service to be carried out re Oil and Oil filter. All work carried out in a timely manner so that I was not without the vehicle for any period of time. I consider the service which was afforded to me was very professional. Customer Service and Communication was excellent. The cost of work which was carried out was not expensive but that which was to be expected. From my experience with this business, representing the RACV and also their own enterprise, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
