The team at Flie Legal gave us the highest level of service we've ever experienced from a business.

Right from the beginning, they guided us through every twist and turn of our journey as first home buyers. It was far from straightforward. We knew nothing about the process, but they were there every step of the way. From reviewing Section 32s to explaining easements and helping us understand all the legal fine print, they quite literally held our hands the entire way.

Our buying journey wasn’t linear. We involved them in three different properties before finally purchasing one. Despite this, their support never wavered. Craig was especially helpful. He even called me from his car one day to explain a complicated situation in simple terms. That level of care made a huge difference. And let me say, it wasn't a short call. I asked a lot of questions.

One thing I love about the Flie Legal team, is that they don't claim to know everything. Whenever they're even slightly unsure, they say they'll look into it and get the best answer. Sure enough, they always keep their word. I never waited more than a few hours for them to return my query.

I was constantly impressed by their very high work ethic. It was common for me to receive emails very early in the mornings or late at night. I was concerned they didn't get their well deserved breaks! But it goes to show, they're in high demand because they're the best. And even though they have a lot of clients, there's no shortage on service, it is thorough.

The most incredible intervention came close to settlement and could have saved us from losing our home. Our broker made a major mistake in the calculations, and it was Barb and Jane who caught the error. We were $24,000 short due to LMI not being included. If they hadn’t picked it up when they did, we wouldn’t have had enough time to be able to fund the shortfall and we would have failed at settlement.

I will never stop thanking these two intelligent, attentive women for saving our purchase. They stepped in and did the job our broker should have done weeks beforehand. Not a single complaint, they swooped in and comforted me as I was understandably a nervous wreck fearing the worse after weeks of preparation and excitement.

Even beyond the paperwork and deadlines, Jane and Barb were always there. They checked in, explained things clearly, and sometimes just talked with us like real people who understood what a big, emotional step this was. They were the first to call when our home settled. I’ve had countless conversations with them that went beyond just the transaction.

Tonight, I sit in our beautiful new home thinking of the 50 roadblocks and surprises we encountered. It’s all thanks to the Flie Legal team that our dream became a reality.

I am eternally grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for honest, attentive, and dedicated conveyancers.
