From my first call with Steve who was awesome to dealing with Kaylah for 2 property settlements, these guys are awesome. Nothing is too much trouble for Kaylah. Her communication is beyond any reasonable expectation.

acted for us and conspired to defraud with the opposing part that they had a commercial relationship. when testifying about this lied and altered evidence which was then put to them and they said they didnt know how emails magically changed. very dodgy. avoid!

Thank you to Josephine and Holly for helping us achieve our dreams. Enterprise helped us sell our unit and buy a new block of land inculding managing settlement and providing advise on the building and land contacts. Enterprise has provided an excellent service and we will continue to use them for all our legal needs. Enterprise have gone above and beyond, excellent follow up and communications every step of the way even when at times it was stressful or disheartening news from the banks at settlement. Henry handled the settlement of the property we bought. He kept us in loop through out the process. We moved our settlement date early and Henry prepared everything and settlement was done on time smoothly with no hiccups. I would recommend him for sure. Thank you.

Had a settlement with them in October 2019. Requested a delayed settlement and had to follow up multiple times with no response. Finally got a response saying they are busy. At settlement date they fined us $1400.

Now when we are looking to resell our land, its the same experience had to follow up multiple emails and they want us to pay another $550 fee to prepare a resale deed.

Terrible company to deal with. These are the kind of companies that give lawyers a bad name.
