Have used Kai’s service for three purchases over the past four years. Answers questions promptly, even explains things if I am unsure - and in a clear way that’s easy to understand. He always informs of rules I sometimes don’t know exist, eg a document wasn’t disclosed in contract from agent, which meant I could walk away and not go ahead with it. I proceeded but had he not said anything I wouldn’t have known. The most recent purchase was sudden and I didn’t look for anyone else, as he’s just so reliable and gets the job done!

Karen was brilliant. She couldn’t have been more responsive and was a delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. She took the time to investigate everything I asked her to. Price was very reasonable too. She took a lot of the stress out of buying a house. Would recommend her to anyone.

They tried to persuade me to settle the property although there were many remaining issues with the vendor. I was hoping they could negotiate during the settlement process on my behalf. The address was just a meeting point in the city as far as I know. They required to come to my office to sign the documents, which I found was not very convenient as I had to inform my manager what it was all about (then there was no secret in the office). Their fees were not cheap comparing with the rest of market and I only received electronic copies of everything. I ended up with paying more than one thousand plus GST
