The team from Stacey's Surveying went above and beyond for us. Not only were they reliable, communicate well and do their job well, they are also genuinely good people. We were assisted by Nelly, from the Stacey Surveying team, and our experience was beyond satisfactory.

She cared immensely for us and the project, and was able to execute all the tasks to perfection. Our experience with her was smooth, and superior to all the others we had encountered throughout our project. Ash, Nelly and the team at Stacey Surveying were amazing on our project. They knew we were time strapped for our project and they prepared the quote and allocated resources between the Christmas and New Year break which was amazing. This meant that they could get started on our job (which was in regional Victoria) when we couldn’t get any local surveyors to even be able to return a call. I had a very good experience with Stacey Surveying. I used them to complete a feature survey because they were competitively priced and was a returning customer to help me with the subdivision. Although they charged more than other companies for the subdivision but I used them again because they were efficient, professional, responsive and happy to help answer all my questions.

Everyone BEWARE.... *****DO NOT USE THESE GUYS*****
I have been a builder for 25 years and never in that time have I engaged a so called Surveyor that has been so vastly inaccurate with its heights. I'm talking a 2 metre discrepancy in levels. As a result the documentation requires a complete redesign and reissuance to council. To add insult to injury, rather than dealing with the problem 'Ash', (the boss) refuses to answer my calls and assist with remediation. He then has his secretary hang the phone up in my ear and do his dirty work.
All care and no responsibility. A complete disaster. A level of ineptitude i have never encountered.

Absolute case in point. No accountability for the damage he causes. Ash received the first of the legal letters to ensure these incompetent clowns don’t cause the detriment to others as they have onto us.

On top of that he is referring to an entirely different Argyle in his ridiculous attempt to rebut my earlier comments.

I say it again. Keep away from these guys. They are out of their depth in the industry.

Stacey Surveying did a large complicated project with us, including subdivisions, and maintained professionalism and were fairly priced, and ensured prompt communication.
One thing I must commend and thank for, was, at the end, the Concreters were unsure of the driveway, and asked for us to arrange Surveyor. Ash sent one out immediately, and marked everything out perfectly. So thankful he deployed someone out as quickly as he did. As could have gone terribly wrong but it didn't. Every time I drive down this steep driveway I'm so thankful - Thanks guys.
We have now engaged Stacey Surveying into our next project and already things are booked in within schedule.
