My partner and I settled in July 2023. We had a complicated settlement process as we currently have land that is waiting to be registered so Josie switched the stamp duty on both properties to ensure we didn’t pay as much (first home buyers). It was a lengthy process going through State Revenue but Josie and the team at Blunden were able to get us over the line and we settled on time! Steven was great & knowledgeable in the initial meeting and Josie and the admin team were very prompt and helpful during the entire process. I will definitely recommend them to anyone!
