After engaging T&G Legal for a property subdivision matter, we encountered several challenges that ultimately led us to seek alternative legal representation. Our experience over the nearly two-year period with T&G Legal was marked by a series of communication and operational inefficiencies.

Key concerns included a noticeable delay in response times, often extending to several weeks, despite repeated follow-ups via emails and phone calls. This aspect of service, which we found to be below our expectations, significantly impacted our project timeline and decision-making process.

Furthermore, we observed a lack of accountability and experienced challenges with their handling of subdivision-related matters. This was evident in the repeated mistakes in submissions, which not only caused further delays but also had a considerable financial impact.

In contrast, upon switching to a different legal firm, we noticed a marked improvement in the management of our case. The new firm demonstrated a better understanding of the subdivision process and maintained a reasonable level of availability for queries, leading to the resolution of our matter within three months.

While we acknowledge that no legal firm is perfect, the difference in the handling of our case by the two firms was significant. Our experience with T&G Legal, unfortunately, did not meet the professional standards we anticipated in terms of responsiveness, expertise in subdivision law, and overall client management.
