I have never used a server before so I had no idea what to expect. In short, Ross was Awesome! He is great value for money and nothing was any trouble for him. I needed to ring him during after hours and he always picked up the phone and patiently talked me through the process I was dealing with. I needed some papers served a week before Christmas as I have a Court hearing in February and I wanted to allow the Respondent as much time as possible to respond to the papers. Serving papers is stressful and I was looking for a seamless process. Ross from Gotcha was the third company I contacted, and in this case it really was third time lucky. I would have been lost without him. The first company only dealt with businesses, and the second were expensive and couldn't deliver my papers until 15 January even though I had explained it was relatively urgent. I was delighted when Ross answered the phone. He was wonderful, very helpful, talked me through the process, and understood my sense of urgency. Given the fact I live over an hour away from Gotcha, and wasn't able to physically deliver the papers due to work commitments, Ross suggested I scan and emailed the papers for him to print out, and I did this the following day. Ross had wonderful communication, we spoke several times on the phone and once he had the papers he called me to go through them to ensure he had everything in order. I only had a home address for the Respondent, and knew they would be home in the evenings so Ross attended that same night and successfully served the papers on the first attempt. He then called me once they had been served, and text me with photo evidence of the house and an Acknowledgement of Service signed by the Respondent. Ross kept me up to date at every stage. He was very professional and went above and beyond to serve my papers quickly, including attending Court to have the Affidavit signed between Christmas and New Year. I would definitely use Gotcha again, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.
