My partner executed an Estate with this mob. Horrible experience. you will be charged double. Not sure how long this business will be around. Don't use them. As another reviewer below states the first letters need to be changed to the name!

Although I have never dealt with Lawyers in relation to acquiring a Land Title I received my Certificate in due time. Given the complexities involved associated with discharging a Mortage debt from various parties my Title Certificate arrived in excellent condition.

Disgraceful! Dishonest! 40k for probate worst law firm in all of Melbourne. Unnecessary repetitive emails, phone calls adding then writing off figures that didn’t exist on bills. Don’t do as instructed! Will milk you for every dollar. Keep away. Lucky to get one star to post.

I’d substitute a different letter in front of both names of the firm.

Dealt with them for our compulsory acquisition of our property by VicRoads. Unnecessary emails and correspondence and then charged us exorbitant fees. The end result is they got huge fees and we got hardy much.

Worst experience ever encountered. Trying to drag the whole legal process as long as they can because they can milk you for every dollar you have for every minute they talk to you or write you an email. Piled up legal fee for no winning result disgrace!
