Sadly, I live in an area where the cohort is elderly.
Rubbish collection is Friday mornings - this Christmas we were woken by collectors before 5 am - very disappointed.
Weekly, we get woken up around 5:45am.
It is extremely important that the elderly get a good nights sleep - waking them early is not idea as they will not venture back to sleep. Therefore, their health is impacted.
Please review your routes and adjust that so in areas where elderly people live, respect their right for a full nights sleep.
If it was a trade person arriving before 7 am, they would not be allowed to use electric tools - what is the difference with noise from tools or heavy trucks stop/starting in residential areas?

Had an encounter with a driver of truck from this company on the Westgate Fwy and Princes Hwy in Melbourne today.
NSW Reg CF66WZ.
Full loaded on way to Werribee landfill, tailgating me in heavy traffic and pouring rain. I'm doing 105 km. He would have had no chance of stopping if I had to in a hurry. Got the message when I slowed right down and back off. Abused me later.
If this company's drivers have this little regard for the safety of others, I would use them for anything.
