I am not impressed with this company. Both conveyancers I had helping me with the purchase of a property recently had misinformed me, were difficult to reach and never took the time to read the contract properly. Jennifer Corbett and Gideon Johnson were quick to finish and settle their bill, not caring about the misinformation they provided me . Because of their advice and so called knowledge on the topic, I ended up getting a building report after I settled, (according to Jennifer - is advisable to do ) to find out that she did not read the contract, which states the contrary. Thank you for nothing but more wasting of time and money. They could not even push for an earlier settlement - it was my banker Westpac that managed to do that as time was ticking and took almost 3 months to settle despite me asking regularly why it was taking to long. They are not competent and would not recommend this service to anyone.
