I have been going to Bli Bli Clinic now for a couple of years now after we moved to the Sunshine Coast, and I'm absolutely thrilled with Dr Rod Smith as my doctor. His attention to my health detail is an experience I've not seen in a doctor before.

The staff at Bli Bli Clinic are absolutely dedicated to their work and are a pleasure to talk to both in person and on the phone.

I highly recommend Dr Smith and his staff, if you're looking for a doctor who takes a complete interest in your health, and doesn't treat you like a number.

Highly recommend this practice. The reception team are always so helpful and the nursing staff are always so kind and friendly. Special mention to Naomi and Violet who we saw today - very hard to make an unpleasant experience (getting 6 month vaccinations) pleasant but somehow they managed to! They were great with my son, and also with my other children who I had with me. Dr Luke is very thorough and efficient and provides a great level of care.

I had a fall on the way to my appointment. The nurses cleaned me up and Dr Luke checked my knee. A very thorough and kind service for an extra happening. My then consultation with the doctor was very thorough

Cannot fault this practice, I’ve seen Dr Emma Smith for a few years now and had a wonderful experience. She listens, very diligent so I feel very safe in her care. All staff are away friendly and accommodating. I feel very lucky to have a GP I trust. Thank you!

Well mannered staff greeted me. They seem to drop what they were doing behind the desk to attend to me quickly. Dr Hafeez is really on the ball and I'd call him very astute. He really helps get through a lot of information in a short period of time whilst making one feel helped, appreciated and considered. Thoroughly recommend the Bli Bli clinic.

I am always glad to meet with Emma.
We get on well. Dr is straight to the point.
I understand her fully. I don’t see her very often. If I can say one thing, “I wish she could speak a little slower and a little louder”. This is not a complaint.

Everytime I phone this practice. You are made to wait in a queue. I started the call at 9am and I just spent 37!! minutes on hold and then I heard somebody dialling the phone and it hung up. I started 7th in queue and after 15minutes I ended up 2nd where I remained until I was hung up on.

I called on another telephone at the same time and started 7th in queue. And my position moved to 5th in queue. However on the original phone call the position remained 2nd.

Every time I phone I have to wait up to 20 minutes or more. Quite often I'll hang up, it drives you up the wall listening to the music.

I also phoned the cooloola practice to try get through and remained on hold for 7 minutes, with no prompts to tell me my position in queue. Then I hung up.

This is the worst on going experience. Something needs to be done.
