Went in to get passport photos taken & they were the most helpful people . I avoided Gawler PO because they have gone down hill but Lyndoch PO were fantastic. Highly recommend them if you are needing or renewing a passport .

The new Owners are really friendly and helpful. I love the new layout and the gifts that are available to purchase. Definitely need to drop in if you haven't already done so yet! Thank you Deidre for the excellent customer service and making sure my parcels don't get lost 🙂

Mail is ALWAYS late. Categorically the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Post Offices are supposed to be friendly and helpful. Somehow this post office acts as a deterrent. Often I will have mail shipped to another post office so I do not have to be belittled by the owners.

I am fairly new to the area and have my post box at Lyndoch, I was very surprised to read the poor reviews - I have found the staff to be very friendly & helpful, they have made me feel very welcome and have NOT lost any of my mail! Maybe people only leave reviews when they are unhappy... I would highly recommend this post office to anyone.

Having recently had to move our box from Cockatoo Valley to Lyndoch, we are finding the friendly and helpful service at Lyndoch a breath of fresh air.
We have always found the people at Lyndoch very helpful and cheerful and nothing has been changed.

Useless Customer Service. I'm getting emails and texts from Australia Post app and sellers from all over the world including Australia letting me know that I have a parcel waiting for collection but if I get the parcel, it's usually a minimum of 3 days late. I have lost count as to how many parcels have been lost. If we could rate them on time spent gossiping with locals at the counter , they'd easily earn a 10 star rating.
