Really disappointed. I thought when I hired them as lawyers they knew what they were doing. They spent a good couple of years getting statements from family, friends and colleagues. When they really should have asked for reports from my pain specialist and getting clarification on errors on a letter that he send my GP and myself. This one letter ended up costing me hundreds of thousands in compensation. They only told me this the day of my mediation which was 4.5yrs after my accident. The statements they collated were never used in evidence so just ended up paying even more in legal fees for nothing.
Towards the end of my file they just didn’t seem to care and were more interested in settling than trying to fight for what I was entitled too.
Allianz even paid me late and should have paid me the interest however I never received.
Would not recommend.

I am very generously giving this company one star as I cannot rated any lower than that. I came to this company to assist me in a personal injury claim against a hotel that neglected to clean the floors.The scale of my injury has been very severe, but after only six months of expensive consultations and taming medical records of my condition this company now refuse to return my phone calls or emails.
