Went in with no expectations as it was a random choice. So glad! The food was amazing, quick friendly service & staff. Air con a little too cool for the day but otherwise highly recommend.
Seperate areas from pokies etc & plenty of off street parking too.

My wife and I have had lunch at the Risdon 4 times since Christmas.
The meals are excellent with many menu options and great value!
The staff are friendly and helpful which makes it a great choice when in Pt Pirie.
Highly recommended!

Service wasn't the greatest, My girlfriend's family made a booking a week in advance only to get there and be told they messed up the dates. We were greatful that they gave us a table but we had to be out by 6:45 , which didn't give us much time to order food and eat, most of the meals were great except for the fish and chips which came with tartare sauce which looked like it had been left over from lunch

Ordered our meal at 6 pm, decided to walk out at 6:45pm as the food was not served. Was about to approach the concierge when a young server rudely spoke to us about leaving and then informed us that the food had just been served. Have ate here many times before, but never again!

We are at the restaurant which serves pretty standard pub fare. My husband had a salad which was served with badly bruised 🥑 avocado in it! It took a bit, but we got a $25 voucher as a sorry. Not overly impressed, but not bad food generally.

I ordered a take away meal at 5.30 pm I waited till 6.30 and a staff member approached and asked if I was waiting for a takeaway meal I replied yes she said it was left at the counter and know one knew who's it was she apologised and said they would make another one I said that was OK she offered me a drink I declined and that's when I noticed all the patrons that where there a long while after me where getting served.
I went to the bar and asked for the manager and a bar staff member told me to wait couldn't I see that it was busy and this is the way it happens his customer service was very poor and aggressive so I opted out and got a refund your staff need help if this man is a leader.
