Debbie helped me through the executorial process by completing all the paperwork, pushing to get work done (advising governmental expectations for this to happen) and the estate resolved. She will also remind when tasks are considered to increase the hourly cost under the appointment contract. Debbie did push the purchaser of my fathers property to complete settlement on time also. She works in the interest of the estate to complete the Will.

Do not bother with this business unless you already know ALL of the correct legal terminology.
No attempt to understand the clients requirements.
Plenty of other solicitors to talk to.
