I have just transferred from Telstra. I had a small problem installing an eSim. It was pleasant experience to be able to phone someone and get help without waiting in a queue for an hour. All fixed within a very short time. Great service.

Misleading:
1) They do not mention clearly the mobile service is prepaid or postpaid. They did not close my account if no payment. Then
Misconduct:
2) They “tracked” my new credit card from my another account to charge without my permission.

My last called receptionist she forced to stop my conversation. Yes, it looks wasted time between each other.

Have been with Cmobile for 8 years.
We were previously with another provider but when that provider went purely commercial with no option for residential they recommended Cmobile who had just started as a business.
From the start, we have found Cmobile to be comparable in price and coverage. Benefits of speaking to someone local and if we need a change re global roaming or new sim for new phone , service and delivery has always been prompt and outstanding.
Highly recommend.

I was recommended Cmobile by a friend and I am very impressed. The plans are excellent value, no lock in contracts (yay!), no call centres, excellent customer service all the way from enquiry to account set up and hassle free porting. This company is a 10/10! Highly recommend.

The best mobile company ever, been with Telstra, Optus, Southern all suffer from lack of service and complacency. C Mobile is very easy to contact and you always speak to a real person first up, minimum hold. Packages are excellent value, I am on the Telstra network, excellent reception. I only have compliments for this company.

So glad I found them. Australian and quick service. Cheap and good connection. Data is banking so when I needed extra had a large rollover. My husband now switched to them too
