I engaged Beverley Foster to assist the parties to a long running Family Law property dispute to reach agreement. The parties had been in dispute for 5 years and had made minimal progress towards resolving the matter. Beverley organised a suitable venue and patiently arranged a new venue and date when one party became unavailable on that date on short notice. I found Beverley's approach to the mediation to be very professional and great value for money. She had an intake session with each party and at the mediation she quickly ascertained the parties' concerns which were addressed. The written agreement reached at the mediation was ultimately converted into final consent orders.

We chose to participate in mediation with Beverley Foster.
I was initially very apprehensive to do mediation as I had heard other people had really struggled in finding mediation that worked for them.
From the first initial contact, Beverley was informative, calm but directive and professional. In a situation that would usually be highly stressful and overwhelming for many people, she ensured both of us felt respected and that both had equal opportunity to discuss their concerns and feel heard.
The process concluded and I think we both felt it was very successful and that it assisted us in coparenting in a much more effective way.
I would highly recommend Beverley's services for anyone seeking mediation.
