"Unprofessional, Unethical, and a Disappointing Experience"

I had an extremely disappointing experience with RN Legal and Mr. Kalyan Khadka. Despite assurances of their capability to handle my case, there was a severe lack of communication, delayed responses, and unfulfilled commitments. Mr. Khadka failed to keep me informed of key correspondence, charged unexplained fees, and withdrew from my case just weeks before a hearing, leaving me in a difficult position.

Their mishandling of what turned out to be a straightforward case and their continued failure to address my concerns, even after repeated follow-ups, has been incredibly frustrating.

Transparency, professionalism, and client care were all severely lacking. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience. Proceed with caution.

Note:
I felt compelled to write this review after Mr. Kalyan Khadka failed to communicate or resolve the issues despite multiple attempts and over a month of waiting. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness has been deeply disappointing and frustrating.

I did conveyancing with Aleksander. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He made me laugh and handled things efficiently through a stressful time with a difficult lender. They were even moving office at the time. They are now in Sydney city. Everything was handled well and on time. Highly recommended
