We had awful experience with Louis Liu and his office staffs. We bought a house in Lidcombe on June 2021, Louis Liu was paid to settle our contract, As our conveyancer, he didn’t check the settlement process in time, he was either disqualified or neglected as a conveyancer. I received an email from his office and was told the settlement is finished, however, one week after the settlement, an assistant of Louis Liu called me and said the settlement was not successful and the house is not under my name, my money was gone to the vendor.
The awful thing was we paid more than two million for nothing, and there was more worst thing coming: we were sued by the vendor’s debtor, we were involved in the lawsuit and we have to pay more than $20000 lawyers fee to fight by ourselves. Finally, we won.
When we tried to discuss with Louis Liu about the lawyers fee, he denied his fault and refused to pay us.
Don’t use Louis Liu as your conveyancer, he is not qualified for his duty. He might cause you in big trouble and make you lost money.
