I researched the name of the form I needed beforehand because I have an anxiety disorder and didn't want to have anything go wrong to trigger a flareup. The girl behind the desk had not heard of the form so instead of doing ANYTHING to find out (like a simple computer search or phone call to someone knowledgeable) she made me feel like a real idiot by saying you want Centrelink which is over THERE (gesturing to the other desk) this is services TASMANIA. I said it was a Tasmanian government form. She said well go see Centrelink first but if it's not them come back.....there was a queue of people at Centrlink and no-one else waiting behind me for Services Australia.....by this time I was in a panic attack and I ran out without the form I needed.

I went down to Huonville on Friday to get a birth certificate printed. I cannot tell you how much easier this process was made by the last behind the desk (I wish I'd caught her name) she made a complicated process SO much easier!
For service alone, I will happily continue to travel to Huonville when I need things done
