McGraths are supremely incompetent and unprofessional. Unfortunately, my mother engaged them to manage her small estate. Nine months after Mum died, I contacted McGraths for an update on the estate, and they refused to provide me with the information that I was legally entitled to which was about probate. I had to employ the services of my own lawyers after that to deal with them. How disgraceful!! It was a distressing time because my sister was gravely ill and she died before the estate was settled. There was no sense of urgency or empathy afforded us. The estate took 19 long months to be settled, and I have no doubt whatsoever, that it would have taken much longer if not for my lawyer pressing them for updates and information on my behalf. These people are a disgrace and I am furious about how they dealt with this whole matter including the disrespect I experienced. It has been an upsetting time for many reasons and McGraths only added to my distress and grief. I am infuriated!
