I am beyond disappointed with Ian Guest and his complete lack of preparation and professionalism. He did not review any of the evidence provided, failed to present crucial facts in court, and clearly had no understanding of the case. Despite having substantial evidence against the opposition, he fumbled through the proceedings, making no effort to argue on behalf of my nephew’s well-being.

Because of his incompetence, my nephew is now being sent back to an unfit mother—someone with a history of drug abuse who abandoned him for five days and straight up lied throughout court all because the court is biased against dads who actually care for children. This outcome could have been prevented if Ian ] had done his job, all he had to do was spend the hours he had reading over the pages and pages of statements and evidence provided to him. If anything happens to this child, the failure falls directly on him. I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone who cares about justice or protecting their loved ones. Absolutely disgusted.
