I would highly recommend Boutique Property Conveyancing who have been doing the conveyancing for a house purchase recently. Upon reviewing a contract that I was about to sign to purchase a house, Ella (from BPC) rang me to say the Building Inspection and Pest Inspection clauses in the contract were not going to adequately cover me in the case of a report with major issues and I may not be able to rescind if required. Ella ensured that the contract conditions were fixed in the contract to increase the protection for me, and I was so glad that she did because the building report came back with major defects and I was able to easily rescind the contract.
