The legal representation i recieved from ADS , especially Petros helping me through every stage, was fantastic.

He knew how i was feeling from being unfairly dismissed and did their best to reinforce to me that we would get a positive outcome.

The process was handled by the assigned lawyer with the majority of any paperwork served to the Respondent done by him, which took a lot of mental pressure of me.

With the dismissal case now finished , I can say the ADS (Australian dismissal service) were true to their word. It was a positive outcome for me.

From my initial chat with the team at ADS I was feeling confident in their services. However, they fail to mention that their whole process is actually sales based and about making money off people already in a dire situation. The lawyers are subcontracted out and not briefed until late the day before, with no way to contact them prior.
I was rushed into making a decision and signing documents, assured of a significant outcome. After multiple attempts to contact ADS, emails, calls and messages not returned, I ultimately did not receive the amount originally mentioned to me in the initial “sales call” leaving me with their huge fee add a subsequent patronizing email when I requested a revisit of the fee which was a significantly large portion of my settlement.
If you are after a genuinely caring company that is about helping you and not just making money for themselves, go directly to a lawyer or elsewhere as they do not charge anywhere near ADS.
Money hungry and forceful sales with unrealistic expectations given to people in a time of need.
Disappointed in their rude and arrogant customer service to say the least.
